Tested the changing difficulty cheat and then when connecting online to battle wireless. No bans here since my opponent showed and I did not get a prompt to blacklist it.

CHEATS THAT I KNOW DON'T GET YOU BANNED SO FAR -

All Item 77 in Convoy (Just don't use, or equip items you're NOT allowed to have such as enemy only weapons)
All Skills (Just don't equip skills you're NOT allowed to have at all)
Level Up [X+UP to Level 60]
Inf. Action
Enemy HP 1
77 Dragon Vein Points
77 of All City Items (Sapphires, Ores, and whatever else that you use to forge weapons)
All City Builds (You get to place all the statues, stores, and places in your castle. If you're playing Birthright, don't put a Conquest specific store in your castle and vice-versa)

That's all I know as of right now, but if anyone wants to add on to this list that would be cool. I'm still testing cheats, but it's hard to start all over and make it back to chapter 6 so often.

Also, don't attempt to go online with cheats on because you're just asking to get banned.

Oh, I checked over the list again, and 1HP enemies and enable all city buildings are also fine. I have a my castle with every gem and ingredient going right now. The free class changing cheat also is safe, so long as you don't change to an enemy only class, and follow the rules about wolves/foxes/princes(ses), which are detailed here:

What I'm curious about is if using the all item cheat, equipping then discarding the enemy only items flags your save. Or if it only flags your save if you update data with them equipped.

Question, do I have to delete my save from the in game menu, or from my micro sd? Because i've made two runs from the start and when i've tried "updating data" in the castle menu, it closes the game and has forced me to restart my system (i assume that's a ban), and i've only used the codes people have listed as safe.

You're not banned, you just can't use a NTR plugin online. Run the game without using NTR (or run NTR without the cheat.plg in that folder) and you'll update just fine.

No, you literally can't go online with a cheat plugin active, it's coded into NTR.bin to eliminate cheating in multiplayer games. Which means you have to start the game normally, without booting NTR first, or you have to move cheat.plg out of its folder. Note that this is unfortunately restrictive, it applies whether or not you've activated any cheats in your plugin or not, the only thing it cares about is whether or not the cheat plugin is loaded.

You play with the cheats you want, you just can't update data. So for example, say I want to use that all skills cheat and then put my characters up on my streetpass team. I load the game with NTR, run the cheat and save. Then I restart my 3ds (or use a file manager to move or rename the cheat.plg), and start up fates without running NTR and load my save. All the changes I made are still there, my characters still have all their skills, but since NTR isn't running (or if you've moved the plugin, it's running without the cheat plugin), you can now update data, visit other castles, etc.

3.2 works with every firmware, I'm using it on 10.6 right now.

I'm half wrong, it only works on an emuNAND with max. 10.2 NATIVE_FIRM (but still 10.6 FW version).

I've been using the 3.3 CIA with the 3.2 NTR.bin in order to fix that nasty bug where you can't launch anything after exiting a game/app without restarting the system because it also killed the ability to quick reset in Fates / Awakening. That setup works fine on 10.6 for me, but it causes an issue on the cheat screen where word wrap for the cheats don't work.

I'm not sure why my castle can't be visited but this happened after applying the cheat plugin. Maybe that's the reason why "an error has occurred" appears every time someone tries to visit my castle?
