ROM Hack [Request] Code / hack to unlock Dragon Quest 7 DLC tablets on Citra

I'm using a decrypted ROM on citra, I do not have access to the original. Is there anyway to unlock the DLC tablets? I'm fairly certain they already exist in the game, but I can't access them due to playing on Citra.
