Can someone with the circle pad pro with the ability to get the IR timings/protocol? I would be very gratefull if you could hand it to me im making my own circle pad but its not going that well

Yeah sure, like it'll be easy for you to make your own circle pad without having one even, you should buy it, there's no way one would help you with that any time you need it to progress through your researchs...

Making my own Circle Pad Pro

1. It's cheaper to buy then to make a DIY.
2. Do you have drawings?
3. It's not just a Spare Circle pad from DX and an infra red LED...

I know its cheaper to buy than to build. I just have this urge of makiny own perephials (spelling?)

All parts are no problem. Not even the programing. It's just the timings i need xD was hoping to not have to trial and error this.
I have experience and education in digital electronics and engineering. Heck i even work with it xD
