ARM11 Kernel Exploit != Signpatch != Unlegit CIAs.
To run unsigned (aka unlegit) CIAs you need an ARM9 Kernel Exploit.

it is not. there is a new "bypass" for the memchunkhax 2 fix so it works on 10.6
