ROM Hack [Request] AC:NL HHD Save editor

Can anyone make a save data editor for AC:NL HHD (2.0)(web based if you can) please?

The features I want:

•Unlock all emoticons

•Unlock all items
(includes unused items)

•Patterns management (import/export .acnl files)

•Image converter
(the pictures of each houses and public buildings are saved as a .dat file named n(or f for public buildings)_(3 numbers).dat
