Would it be possible that someo e will create a flashgame player for the 3ds? I want to play the bindings of Isaac so bad...

For all intents and purposes Flash is dead, it has been dead for a couple years now. It's problematic to port due to being closed source as Kelton mentions, and on top of that, it's terribly resource-monging.
