Hacking [Request] 9.2 Browser and Camera CIA EU

Hello
I´m looking for these two CIAs. One for downgrading browser on 9.9 emunand (for QR injection etc.) and Camera CIA for 7.1 sysNAND with QR scaner (My have only "face scaner" but not QR).
Does anybody know where I can get these CIAs? And have anybody experience with downgrading/upgrading system features?

Nintendo deleted all update files from their Server.
You still can check the Iso site where almost every Firmware was uploaded as cias.
You just need to find out which cia is which application (3dbrew should know that)

But I don´t want to update/downgrade full system, but only specific app.
And I don´t find anything in that "iso site".
