I want a new analog sensor to fix the drifting issues with my pro controller for the switch but I'm not sure which analog sensor I should be buying. If I buy the same brand of analog sensor there's the possibility that this will happen again so I want to decrease that likelihood. What are the best brands of analog sensors I should be looking at?

Chec here for instance, or this one. I do not think there's really a difference between them.

That's for Joy-cons. Although I do need a replacement R button for my Right Joy-Con. Do Pro Controllers and Joy-cons even use the same Analog sticks?

Nop, not same analogs as the joycon, and power A use yelow crapy smaller analogs and the pro controller made by nintendo use difrent biger analogs same size as the one in xbox one, ps4 ,ps5 controllers , maybe this is useful
I don't think you can get better analogs for the power A Ctrl. Also R button on Right joycon is soldered on Mb . https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32967187349.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.41ff2c4dBLlqOI&algo_pvid=b107467d-67fa-4107-b485-86d9f8c15cc5&algo_exp_id=b107467d-67fa-4107-b485-86d9f8c15cc5-0&pdp_ext_f={"sku_id":"12000017733748500"}&pdp_npi=2@dis!USD!!0.51!!!1.91!!@0b0a555316538085083316560eb09a!12000017733748500!sea

If you have the skills and tools, can by replaced, but most off the times you also need to add wires to fix the broken pads.
