Hacking Removing B9S?

I had someone come in with B9S on their new 2ds xl and they wanted it removed. (For reasons, as the client plays in Pokemon tourneys and this is a thing.)

Alternatively you can use one of the many stealth builds to hide CFW for use in Pokemon tourneys like Kecleon. Then you won't have to uninstall it completely and still be able to participate after console inspection.

Before that user removes b9s, it might be a smart idea to hide sudokuhax in some random dsiware app so they can restore b9s easily after the competition.
