Hacking Remove tickets from ticket.db

If I format the 3Ds normally (at console configuration) the ticket.db will be cleaned?

Hello again, and no, cause tickets are stored in the nand. To delete a ticket, open FBI then select titles in the menu. Select your game, then select delete title and ticket, and the ticket will be removed
