Hacking Remove nsp games

Hi,i would like to know how i can delete nsp games.i saw that i just press + on the game icon on the home screen and manage software and delete. My questions :
1)must i delete installed titles using tinfoil ?
2)if i want to reinstall an nsp game after i deleted it and whitout remove titles.there is no problem?
3)why remove titles?

As the above post mentions. To remove an NSP game you just do what you said, +, manage software, delete.
