Homebrew Remove CFW completely from 2DS

You're more safe if you use Decrypt9 and select the normal one without "keep A9LH".

I forgot, hadn't turned on this thing in 3 weeks. Last time I modified system files was the pokemon ban wave and that was what? Almost a year ago?

Too be fair, he told me to restore from NAND on decrypt9. I just thought a9hl would give me the option to restore.
