I have a arm9loaderhax.bin on the root of the sd card, deleting it doesn't seem to break anything. I also have a left over start_SafeB9SInstaller.bin in the luma/payloads folder, pretty sure I can get rid of that as well.

Are there any other files i can delete and are the two above good to go? I didn't run the cleanup script during setup as it would of deleted some other files i did want to keep.

What?

I use luma on emunand.
You're using B9S, right?
With A9LH, you could put a .bin on your CTRNAND and it would launch it without requiring an SD card. You can do this with B9S too, but it obviously doesn't work with the old A9LH payloads.
Also, EmuNAND is more of a waste of space now, I'd recommend switching to sysNAND. Your call though.

If you do end up switching to your sysnand, which I highly recommend you do, all you need to do is make an emunand backup and restore it over your sysnand. If you want to get the 2gb back, backup your sd card to your computer, and use the built in Windows partition tool to delete the second partition. Then just stretch the big partition back into it.
