I can't install it sadly Using Gateway, of course. Tried in both DevMenu versions.

Details:
Used "USA" batch.

DevMenu reports:

Yeah we already knew repacked themes can't be imported on Gateway. They forgot to patch something.
I guess Roxas has no choice and must release his 9.2 CFW now

It's more likely that themes must use retail encryption in order to be installed properly. GW team must have forgotten to patch that.

GW installs unencrypted NCCHs inside CIAs fine, it only doesn't like them as roms in the red cart.

Tested in USA 3DS XL, same error as above.
I used GIMP to edit the images, the output had the same size, bmp, etc.
I'm gonna fool around making some themes and folders so when the real deal comes out I can share them.

theres also icon images, my editor has them all displayed,

No, there are also the icon borders and some colors that can be edited. Haven't implemented yet, i released just to let you guys play with it.
Now the thing is to fix the CIA error.
