Never thought that this can actually run The Curse of Mokey Island (The third part)... But sadly it is bugged :/ There is no speeking sound but if the characters don't speak, they won't do anything other. So ypu have to skip every sentence thay saying because they won't say it and won't make any other move x) (German CD/Windows version|O3DS|3dsx build).

But the first and second Monkey Island are working perfectly with dsp dump ^^

Yo i just tried two more games and they also works good :D monkey1 and sword1 fantastic

Use subtitles and skip speaking with B button or typing a "." (dot) with the keyboard (you can open it with L Key).

I finished the first Chapter, and I think that all the other should be equally playable.

Aww, and I thought there would be a way to solve this x) Liked, the speaking the most. We will see if there will be patch for this (hopefully!). So I will just play the other two, maybe than something will come up ;P

Did you copy all the files (the /3ds/scummvm/ folder) to the SD card?

If you did, I have no idea why it's working for some people and not others.
I did, so I don't know what's append.

Do you plan to share files (and also procedure) required to build the CIA ? It would be more easier to investigate.

Couldn't get any of the CIAs from this thread to work on Gateway Emunand.

3dsx works fine with the homebrew launcher (from gw emunad) and selecting streets of rage 2 as the app. I put DOTT on and plan on playing on my train ride home today.

Thanks!

I'm using GW emunand is it works fine. Are you using n3ds? And what are you using to install it?

n3ds, 9.0 sysnand and i think 10.7 emunand (either that or 10.6). I installed it with BBM. Your CIA gives me the 3ds error you need to restart. The other CIA goes through the nintendo boot process and i left it for 2-3 minutes and it sat at a black screen.

Steam version of Loom freezes after choosing a skill level, is there some kind of conversion needed?
I'm using the 3dsx version now.

I downloaded the .cia version, and every time I run it I get the "an error has occurred" crash. I'm running 10.7 emuNAND on 9.2 sysNAND, I dumped the DSP and tried installing the .cia with both title manager and FBI.

EDIT: I'm on N3DS, by the way.

Excatly the same happens to me on my new 3ds and on my old 3ds.

Thanks for the information, that's very odd that it would work for some people and not others on the same system. I'll look into it. I'm fixing it now anyways so that you can suspend/resume/sleep the CIA and such.

And another thing: I tried the CD DOS version of Monkey Island (first one), and it didn't have any sound. Is anyone else getting that?
