Same error woth the hero.sav file, it says is either corrupted or not from Miitopia. But the file is valid this time and the backup is correct, too. EUR Save File btw

Not right now, but I will when I'm able to. Anyway, I could tell you the needed values.

And btw, using the unlock Dragon-stuff at the beginning messes the game up kinda. Like All paths are already visited and everything was already done, like I got all jewels without even being there. But I can still play it, it's just with less plot.

ok, when you have this error, your save is probably load in the editor but an feature value is 0 by default, if you can check tell me, thanks

Oh, so it was just such a small issue? Okay o:

And btw, I forgot something about the unlock dragon thing, it also unlocks the catalog were you can buy stuff. So the game thinks you beated the lord already even if you didn't.

hi, i'm having some trouble.
for background:
between me and my roommate we have two 3dses. mine is an O3DSXL running 11.2 so i can access homebrew. my roommate's is also an O3DSXL, but it's fully updated, and I play miitopia on hers.

i tried to use this to give myself all the amiibo costumes and some tickets, and while i can save, extract, and edit, whenever i try to reimport the save to the gamecard it throws me an error and sends me back to the main homebrew screen.
i've used this method(save editing on my unupdated, playing on her updated) with pokemon sun with no problems. i'm not sure what to do. i'm reimporting every file that's in the folder that was created on save export.

i'm using profi200's save manager. jksm never worked for me.


EDIT: never mind. i found the problem. i thought that the save extraction files included a main.sav, it did not.
in short, i was trying to import my pokemon save to miitopia.

it works perfectly now. i'm so sorry.

quest.sav is missing, if you restore your save file folder with a missing file you will restart at the beginning

Try seeing if you can find quest.sav on your computer. check any folders you may have moved it to, or check to recycle bin if you haven't already, if you can find it, move it back in the folder with the rest of the files belonging to your save, then restore it into your game using whatever your preferred save manager is.

in the future, always make sure to backup your save files in case something like this happens again
