ROM Hack [RELEASE] HANS Shortcut Generator

I tried downloading this, but both Chrome and IE flagged it as a virus. After fighting with my computer, I finally managed to convince it that I know what I'm doing. Just to be safe, I inspected it with Dot Peek, and it I see no malicious code. Now to actually try it out.

@Althir I think you should look into this, maybe report a false positive. If I had to guess what's causing the false positive, I'd say the it's LinkLabel1_LinkClicked calling Process.Start("http://www.3dsdb.com/"), but there's really no reason that should be considered malicious.

Is it complied with UPX?
That may be the problem...
