oh god, i'm updating my emunand but it seem to be stucked (just a little more to be finished, about 1/4), now i'm so confuse, what happen if i can't finish my update? what should i do now ty

just wait it will either finish or fail....in which case you start over....some people had issues and it helps to leave the 3ds in sleep mode, let it download completely then start the update via system settings

well, I just happen to own an EU 3DSXL, actually two of em, one on 9.0 sysNAND and one on 4.5 sysNAND + 9.0 emuNAND and on neither of them can I see free themes to download from the EU theme shop o.o

Living in Europe, got the console set to UK/Scotland. They show up with a cost. I checked, it's supposed to be the spinner themes but they're showing up with a fee for some reason on mine. Might have to do with the DNS I have set up as I'm using a combination of Google and OpenDNS and maybe they're picking me up as somewhere outside Europe. Anyone with a flashcart managed to get the themes for free?

living in Germany and my IP also gets recognized as such and neither my completely unmodified 3DSXL on 9.0, nor my gateway 3DSXL on 9.0 emuNAND can find any free themes, it probably was just a bug as people have said, they saw it without a prize, but couldn't download them

as safe as any firmware of any flashcard for any handheld device ever ---> use it at your own risk


but so far I haven't encountered anything and didn't read about anything serious
only issue is, that the 9.0 firmware has low icon load speed in the menu, but this is a firmware issue, not a gateway one, both sysNANDS and emuNANDS are affected by that

Just updated. Works for the most part, but seems to have some bugs:

1) The '3D' doesn't light up anymore
2) I lost Monster Hunter which came preinstalled on my 3DS (no longer on SYSNand)

Anyone else had these problems or similar ones?

I remind you gateway HAD bricked users. Mostly because THEY created the brick code , even if it was for protection of their code , they failed and let it break some of their own users consoles , then they never repaired them even after promising. And also we still currently have the brick code on ( even if it's not needed because clones can't keep up anymore and they have shown they can copy new things without brick code attached)

I read the link you linked and that not what I understand. From what I read, the guy tried to send it to his reseller and didn't got it fixed so he had to ask directly gateway.

They fucked me over on returning my bricked 3DS using GW's RMA procedure, which is supposed to be done via the vendor you purchased it off. They ignored my emails on 3 occasions and I had to do it directly with GW themselves, which cost me way more in shipping to China than it would have been to the USA Real Hot Stuff warehouse. I wont be using their site again for anything.

And this message seems to mean that he got it fixed by gateway, and that he bitch about the reseller website, not gateway team.

No, but I don't have an XL anyway.

Here, the loading of emunand seems to be faster than before (I'm talking of the time transition between gateway gui and the emunand, not the loading of the emunand firmware itself.

they aren't free

When I aquired my Gateway, I was in 4.5 but my son accidentally updated the 3DS. Since I can not use the Gateway, I sincerely hope that this happens to you too ...

Now, if the lies of the Gateway team does not hurt you, no need to push the knife ... if i were you, I will not do too malignant ...
