Yes, and I just downloaded it again to be sure, and I get the same error.
Also, I have the VCREDIST installed, but I have to put the vcruntime140.dll in the same folder as Gateshark2NTR.exe in order to get rid of the "VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing" error.

This is not the right way of doing it. Remove it from the folder. I'll search for a solution but since I never had this error I can only guess...

If you have an anti-virus, just give a shot after you disabled it.

error of vcredist solved (no need to put the dll in the folder) and (0xc000007b) fixed in the same time

just install VCREDIST x86 version after install VCREDIST x64

@tom5300: thanks to @metallichatte, it seems that installing vcredist 2015 x86 will solve your issue.
Can you give it a try ?

The one who wrote that code made mistake.

So now there's two ways:

1. You can promote the 2bytes to 4 bytes
2. You skip the first 2 bytes

Simple: If the value at address 0XXXXXXX is less than the value YYYY.
Example:

8 Type
Format: 8XXXXXXXX 0000YYYY
Description: 16bit if greater than.
Simple: If the value at address 0XXXXXXX is greater than the value YYYY.
Example:

823D6B28 00005400


9 Type
Format: 9XXXXXXXX 0000YYYY
Description: 16bit if equal to.
Simple: If the value at address 0XXXXXXX is equal to the value YYYY.
Example:

923D6B28 00005400

ZZZZ masked means that they're not taken in account.
