Been using this for a while now, it's great. Is it possible to use this to download legit cias and install them on a different 3ds? If so, could that work with 'the' dsiware titles for downgrading?

No "Legit" CIA's only come as pre-installed on a retail unit

Only if the eshop offered any type of legit cia. It doesn't.
Eshop has a per console encryption that's decrypted using the titlekeys+your hacked console. If it's unhacked, even if you can somehow run freeshop it won't work.

Question. Accordings to the RSS feed of that title keys site, a new title has been added, but when I go to freeshop, I don't see it. What do I do?

FreeShop works with a cache updated by @TheCruel. Even if the title is in your encTitlekeys.bin, if it's not in the cache, it won't appear on freeshop. Btw, you can check if it's already in your enctitlekeys, using funkycia.

Do you happen to know why freeshop requires a cache?

The cache contains all game data: icon, title, genres, platforms, etc.

Without a cache, freeShop would be limited to behaving more like eShop, with only a handful of titles showing on load, and you needing to wait every time you search soemthing, and having limited results.
So... are you going to update the cache? or this is the end.:(

Yeah I know but, better be sure and ask for it :D.

I'm sure he isn't getting a bunch of notifications on every web site he is on with that nick, regarding the situation. But you're right. It's better to ask. Happy New Year to everyone!!! Including you, Lucard-lol :P

Are you sure? It appears for me, so it's not CDN problem. Check your folders if you got them and if it doesn't appear. Delete it from settings and redownload it.

Happy New Year to everyone <3

Uploaded to notabug - https://notabug.org/circuit-unbroken/freeShop

Added the freeShop-2.1.3.cia to the project root for easy downloading. I'll upload to other alternatives as well as they are given.
Why are we using yours when mariogamer:

1. already uploaded it before
2. Has all the file history
3. Already changed the logo.bin? (And no, don't copy from his repo.)
