When the eShop updates with new games say like Monster Hunter Generations, do you have to update the encTitleKeys as well?

Not necessarily
you can't guarantee that an update data will be included in an encTitleKeys.bin as it's all community founded

That game won't be on it until someone shares the key. And that's if Nintendo hasn't found a way to fix this by then if at all.
I'm guessing you use f.b.i. or decrypt9 to dump the titlekey but once you do where do you upload it to add it to other community keys? If it's a place that can't be talked about on here then don't reply, i understand.

@TheCruel - a bit offtopic, but you i think i saw you say you try to avoid non-free software etc, do you think all software should be free? (similar to richard stallman?)
i think it's a nice idea, but for some things, i don't think it's good. sure it's not a physical item, a house can't really be made free - but people still 'need' to make software, movies, games. should they not get paid?
i read richard stallman is against consoles, that they are not ethical... i think there are far more needy ethical concerns in the world than the ethics of a company trying to protect it's assets, right? i wouldn't call nintendo or sony unethical. richard stallman calls amazon unethical though, and sure i agree, they avoid lots of tax and the workers in their distribution factories (even in 1st world countries) don't have the best conditions.
i'm just curious what you think :)

I actually said I avoid close-source things (referring to NTR). I partially agree with Richard Stallman, but "software should be open/free" is more my preference than an ethical claim. However, I do think intellectual property is mostly unethical, in a sense. I can understand people wanting to keep information secret and charge money for it, but property should be reserved for scarce tangible objects and not ideas and words (or their digital representations). I don't think people should be penalized for sharing information, even if you really want it secret (i.e. your credit card number or penis size lol).

I dislike consoles and other DRM machines like them. I think people should be able to charge for software, but if someone shares their purchases, there should be no legal penalties because it shouldn't be considered property. Though obviously the seller can enforce their own penalties (bans, business sanctions, whatever). So if people want to secure their profits, they need to get creative with their business model.

There could potentially be benefits to intellectual property, like medical patents incentivizing researchers to find life-saving drugs without worrying about people simply reverse engineering their drugs. But I think the negatives outweight the benefits.

Is there anyway to extract your titlekeys from a NAND dump? I have a quite a few titles but I don't actually have that 3DS anymore. I have the xorpads for it iirc.

Tried downloading AS and I got a failed? message when it was about to end, it happens with the vanilla eshop aswell when the filesize is too big, does it have anything to do with tickets or something?

@TheCruel
It would be possible for you to add the following functionality to download list.
Say I have 10 games in the list would be possible to remove the automatic startup to and put a button to start downloading the list.
For I was locking problems when the file is being installed and accessed a game item.
This would help because we would have to choose the games then trigger the start to download the games list.
