Well unless you do a system transfer everything on the SD card becomes useless. So I'm definitely NOT saying to not do a transfer. I highly recommend you transfer systems. I'm just saying it can take a while and that gamestop may not let you.

You could. But you would have to delete everything on the card as it could no longer be used with the new system.

did everything that was said in the tutorial but now in part 4 while downgrading to 2.1 i got a message that something went wrong and that I have to restart ...
now I have black screen and nothing is working to fix it

Try booting your console without the SD inserted.

Yeah, once I figure that out. I'll have to install window into a VM or something. You will probably have to create a linux-like environment with Cygwin/Msys/MinGW or whatever the heck people use these days.

You mean ones like Xenoblade or SNES VC? They'd probably just crash or hang on a black screen when you try to run them.

No, they never finish installation, so you could never attempt to run them.

Going to the HOME Menu and returning results in a freeze. Not a crash, a literal freeze.
I can't cancel downloads in any case. Clicking the X does nothing.
Maybe not a issue with freeShop, but some games fail to launch, like if one wasn't cryptofixed (I'm on 11.0). One may say to visit the actual eShop and view the game but I have no eShop access and can't test.
Another potentially unrelated issue, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS [Special Demo Version] (USA) fails immediately.
Also, is there a way to return to the main list from a search or do you always have to restart freeShop?

Yeah, I don't think Nintendo deletes the CXIs when they remove a game, I think they only did that for ironfall

They removed it from the eshop. But not from the server. The eshop is just a front end. So the game is still on the CDN, but it's not currently listed.

the ambassador games never had an eshop page, but sure kind of the same thing unlisted etc

i think nintendo can give out review copies to games before they are out, surely we could download them too, if we knew the title id (and of course the key so we can use them)
