I know. But,what do I must use instead? This may be very helpful.
You are not forced to use any method - after all the whole purpose of modding your console is expressing your freedom that the manufacturer wants to deny you

Most people would probably start by making a nand backup, then installing Unlaunch to have a coldboot and fully privileged option of arbitrary code execution (typically used to run Hiyacfw)

You're right. But I just wanted better method of installing DSiWare anyways.

Hey, I'm that guy who hates when youtubers say "But we don't care about all that technical stuff, right?",

So, All steps leading up to after flipnote (JP) crashes, How does Flipnote Lenny work? (And how does it work with frogminer?) And how does it load HB after it crashes?

You firstly should learn how to use Google, instead of necroposting one year old threads...
This comes originally from ugopwn, made by Shutterbug2000, which was then reverse engineered by Fincs into Flipnote Lenny, which was by the way reverse engineered again by Zoogie for his Frogminer exploit chain;
we have some notes about how it really works thanks to him:

    It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    I was obsessed with finding UFOs, a surprising amount of US files where stashed on computers in other countries, China back in the early 90s omg sooo much
