You need to do git clone --recursive URL to get it to download both projects

I already have both projects, but maybe I don't have them in the right folders?

I meant when you initially clone them, if you already have them, fine... but in the future when you see that a project has subprojects in it you need to use the --recursive option to grab both at once

Ok im out of ideas. I'm trying to install some stuff to sysnand but i keep getting error Cannot initialize AM service. I dont know what im doing wrong. Im booting into sysnand with signature patches then launching fbi via ninjhax but it wont work. I can install stuff to emunand no problem. I even tried a separate sd card, different versions of FBI, i even tried using pasta instead of rxtools. Nothing will work. What am i doing wrong?

I tried injecting fbi via rxtools, it says completed but says cannot find Health and Safety. I check H&S and its still the normal app

Is this a GW downgraded NAND? If so H&S injection is being worked on for that (though I think at this point it has been sorted out) though I'm not sure why AM won't initialize properly if you're patching signatures... also what version of FBI are you using?

What I did for mine was pull the h&s app out of my nand backup, injected fbi into the h&s files, replaced the h&s on the nand backup, injected the modified nand backup onto the existing emunand partition of my sd card, made a backup of my emunand, renamed it to nand.bin, and finally restored my nand on the 3ds. Both my nand and emunand were on the same firmware version, and when I did it anything I had installed on my emunand was on my nand as well.

I can write up a more detailed tutorial if you or anyone else is interested.

How long does it usually take to "loading file list"? Been stuck on this for 15 minutes. Using version 1.4.16 with "pastacfw 1.3 beta 7" and ninjahax v1.1b

I have finally built citrus and FBI to my slightly modified version. Went all the way back to idgrepthat's master of citrus to build and both built successfully. Now to test my FBI version.

Edit - My modified FBI works, thanks to everyone trying to help.

All Right I'm having an odd error. I'm trying to open FBI on 9.0 N3DS through various means. For instance I've tried the Hombrew launcher through Cubic Ninja, I've tried the Cia in Gateway SysNAND, and I've tried the .3ds file with Gateway.

I keep getting "loading file list", then goes to black briefly, then again the "loading file list" message over and over again. Anyone have any help?

Good idea, I'm going to start trying older versions. Any advice on where to start? I'll just be going on at a time until it works, but if you have an idea I wouldn't mind trying it.

Maybe a couple versions back. Then a couple more back, etc.
