Homebrew [Release] FBI - Open source CIA installer

If this is on a N3DS, it's a known issue that I'm trying to figure out.

Yes it's a new 3ds xl, I'm using Version 2.2.6 on latest firmware Emunand if that helps.

Nothing, i just press open, it makes the typical sound, the gift twirl and...nothing.
I can press again on the open tab and it does the same

How do we toggle off prompts for network install? In the version of FBI that was text only and black background, there was an option to toggle off prompts. Is it missing in FBI v2 with the prettier GUI or is it just buried somewhere? Thanks.

Install from cdn always freezes for me about halfway in. The whole 3ds freeezes I can't even cancel or do anything else :/

Installed sm4sh via CDN yesterday smoothly. Dunno what happened to you

I carry 1.4.17 FBI and. 2.x just for that

There are no prompts during the install process, and you can send multiple CIAs in one go, so there's no need.

Very strange. I've dropped the latest build into my SD card, I've only copied the \3ds\FBI folder (so none of the stuff in root, etc) and if I launch from HBL, I get a black screen. Nothing else. Need to hard-boot the 3DS to get out of it.

Do I need some files in root as well?

Edit: just deleted the latest, and instead installed 2.2.2. Works like a charm. Seems to be only the latest build with an issue running in 3dsx mode.

Hello, when installing cia with Network Install, i get to accept "install titles ticket from CDN " ( ?) it is advisable to accept that? or better install cia´s without it?

If you are installing a CIA then it has no effect whether you say yes or no.

Install title ticket from CDN is only for use if you are installing a ticket with FBI, as that gives you the choice to install the game from CDN, or just simply install the ticket by itself.

@Steveice10 isn't possible to put an option to scan qr\install ticket and download it through home menu?
fbi in my 3ds takes a lot of time downloading a cia.. i find it a lot faster to install just the ticket, get into eshop and re-download the game from there and have the option to do it in suspended mode...
isn't possible to fbi put the "gift icon" in the home menu and download it from there, just like installing from eshop?
