How can I make the ctrtool to extract romfs.bin?

ctrtool -p --romfs=romfs.bin Example.3ds

sorry I wasn't clear I meant a way to extract the rom files from decrypted romfs.bin

the ctrtool give me an error when it try to extract the files from decrypted romfs.bin in both undub games

No, the bug is exclusive to EU version.
There is a 1.1 patch for EU version on eShop that fixes the bugs.

The thing is that I encountered the very same bug in the US version, but anywho I guess I'll just make a Suspend save backup if I encounter any more field disk.

EU patch only fixes a major gamebreaking bug that was introduced in EU version. It doesn't fix anything else.

I don't know how this is possible but on the second day around 14:30 while talking to Mari one of her dialogs were dubbed in english. I didn't see any other bugs like this but I thought that it is a good idea to tell you that.

That's weird, but it's not really possible for me to pinpoint the file responsible for it due to the way the data is organized.
I may revisit it in the future but that's a minor enough bug to let it slide for now.
