An update on the submodule was required as it .. well.. wasn't up to date. Mostly it didn't include usagirei's fix on the SMDH header being cleared for bannertool resulting in CTRXplorer showing as its ID in FBI->titles rather than as "CTRXplorer". d0k3 has already merged this small update I did but for those who want to have a cia including this change I build a 0.9.7.1 release

It goes without saying that I implore you to revert back to d0k3's release(s) once he makes a release including the update!

How am I meant to install this? After extracting the zip there's several files. I'm in userland, so I suppose I'd just past the 3ds folder contents into the 3ds folder on my sdcard and that's it?

If you're using the Hombrew Launcher, place the 3dsx and associated files in the 3ds folder on your sd card (path: sdmc:\3ds\CTRXplorer)

Thank you. It's just that outside the CTRXplorer folder, there's a few other files which I'm not sure what do with...

Are there any plans to let you edit text files? Might come in handy with cheating.
And also, this would be killer with a zip extractor.

Agreed, but a text editor is not exactly trivial. It is much more complicated to do than a hex editor. There already is an issue open on GitHub with a suggestion for a text editor, so I'm still thinking about it.

Does this support actually moving files or does it just do a copy and delete? I know on the psp all the file managers just do a copy and delete rather than actually moving anything.

It does support moving. (And I know file managers for PSP too which also support these kinds of file operations.)

So it takes only a second or so to move a 1-2GB cia file? Because on the PSP it always took several minutes to copy a 1GB iso because all the file managers I tried just faked a move via copy and delete despite it being on the same filesystem/drive.

The 3DS actually moves it, so it takes less than a second.

This is amazing, especially because it can hex edit! If only it was also able to decompress and/or recompress .bin.lz files... it would be absolutely perfect! I hope this will implemented someday!

Anyone got any ideas for a new bootlogo for this? FBI and TWLoader have their own custom bootlogos now, and @PabloMK7 might do one for this, too. If you got any ideas for a CTRXplorer bootlogo, show me. Mustn't be anything complete, I'd just need inspiration.
Maybe like a Linux file system kind of animation
