Ok, no problem, I will continue to maintain the project in my forked Github repository. Thank you for your help and your support!

Currently, I am working on a feature to support animated colors. Then I will see if I can put video support as background.

You can check out BootAnim9 source to figue out animation support

That's awesome man, good luck and keep up the good work.

Could you make a version that doesn't require a9lh.cfg and boots straight to file browser?

Well this will be the first thing on to see upon boot, thanks for making it available with A9LH :3

Suggestion: Either put the version on the screen, or add an "About" option that mentions the version.

Here is a new version which add movies support as a background!
All BootAnim9 movies should be supported. If the movie is compressed, don't forget to add "movieTopCompress=1;" or "movieBotCompress=1;"

I am currently working on a way to allow long movies loops (by keeping SD card streaming).

@Jiro2 : Yes, I should definitly add a version display somewhere inside the application because it can be confusing. However, for the moment, I willingly called my version as "unofficial". I am planning to create a major update (once I add new movies loop stream types to avoid crashes on long loops). I think I will put an "About" menu for this major update.
