just a tip you should try out...

replace the unique ID in the rsf with $(APP_UNIQUE_ID)

then add this to the makerom arguments:
Code:
-DAPP_UNIQUE_ID=<unique id>

you need to edit the rsf for every cia or if you install a cia with tha same unique id the previous cia video will be overwritten
that's why you would make the changes I said, so you can give different unique IDs to every CIA.

by the way...

why are there so many duplicates of tools like ctrtool?
why is there a full Notepad++ setup?
why did you include the copyrighted ctr_makerom32?
did you really include cmd.exe, the standard Windows command prompt, that every Windows install has?

there's a bunch of things here that don't make sense...

what am I doing wrong? :wtf:

So after following your guide that you sent me, I can say it was very detail orientated and I'm wondering how you figured this all out.

Also after my video's done converting and I inject it I'll report back on what happens

Could you explain exactly what to change? I'm confused with this.

in the video, you changed some stuff in the video.rsf. what does that do? is it neccessary? if so, do I just input the same numbers you entered in your video?

I assume he was adjusting the unique-ID. He did this because each CIA must have a different unique-ID (hence the name), and failure to do so results in CIA number one overwriting CIA number two.

Hmmm. Not really sure what I did wrong. I had the moflex video I wanted to inject in the same folder, however when it's finished injecting, and I go to install the CIA, it still plays the original video that I downloaded, not the video I want to be played. The name of the video did change though.

your moflex video must be "movie.moflex"

The file size seems to be at a reasonable size now.
I think it's working! Currently installing it right now.
