OK so I have a few issues

1. Icon and banner were not changed, even after I put them in the folder with the moflex file

2. The width seems to be too small, seemingly for Old 3DS size. Anyway to fix that?

Still getting this issue after messing with resolution settings

There's a small green bar at the side of the screen

I'm assuming this might be because of a setting that's set about 3D mode, or maybe it's just from running it on an XL model?

Um, I guess you can extract a decrypted CIA, rebuild with a new moflex, rebuild, and use HANS? I dunno.
