You can just update your emunand normally through system settings, as long as you're sure it's your emunand

CakesFW does not support the NATIVE_FIRM for 11.2, thus it does not work with the latest Animal Crossing update.

The AC update requires the 11.0 FIRM, thus it does work with the latest CakesFW nightlies.
Otherwise, it's simply a matter of updating Cakes to accept it.

Switched to the proper FIRM (11.0) and it booted just fine!
CakesFW users just need to be using the latest nightly with the 11.0 NATIVE_FIRM

Just a matter oh switching the nativefrim.bin file, isn't it? Also, where can I find the 11.0 one? I dont trust that iso site that much

I got all of mine from that iso site. I know there is a direct download from the Nintendo sever

Im still using the old 9.6 firmware, will does have any effect aside from not botting AC? I dont even play that, will change later I guess.

Not really. The only other difference between 9.6 and 11.0 that might be of interest for a user is the lack of NTR support on older versions.
If you get an "unsupported kernel version" error, update your NTR launcher.

It might cause future problems if other games start following this trend or Nintendo makes an OFW update with NATIVE_FIRM requirement.

I mean, Corbenik would be a better replacement for CakesFW, after all, people use Cakes because it's modular, while Luma is an "works for all" kind of CFW.
