Although the loader is really fast, the boot rate is very low. Is there something I can do about this?
My 3DS is a old3DS with 11.0 running the latest dev version of Luma 3DS cfw, booting with arm9loaderhax and I selected 3.3 NTR but that shouldn't matter.
Either my 3DS would freeze on 'loading NTR' or it would exit and when I pressed X + Y it wouldn't load NTR's menu.
I had 3 unsuccessful boots in a row just now, so I tried shadowtrance's version of the loader and it loaded first try
Also, when are you going to update the icon?
Anyways, keep up the great work and thanks on your contributions on NTR :yay3ds:
How about this for the official icon and banner?

hello the installing of the cia's on here isnt working the fbi isnt detecting it im guessing cuz its not showing an install upon choosing the cia through fbi. i got the fbi dl through cia all that junk happened when i installed a9lh other day. so what am i doing wrong?? i cant seem to get any of these cia's to install lately. nor do i know exactness of what to do to reinstall really. ive reinstalled the fbi cia before and still showing nothing. this is frustrating

says an error occurred, forcing the software to close. the system will now restart. (unsaved data may be lost)

ts doing it for all three things the bootntr the loader and the selector btw

Quick question!
Here's my situation:
I have downloaded all the files you put up onto the OP ( ntr bin 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, the Selector.Cia and the Loader.cia )
I installed both of the cia files onto my 3ds SysNAND ( al9h, 11.0 U )
I launched the selector first, and pressed A.
It loaded the NTR and the screen flashed blue before it said "ntr loaded successfully"
After, I went to the NTR CFW Loader App.
It loaded the bin I provided,
The screen flashed blue once more and then it gave me an error message.
"An error has occurred. Hold down the power button to turn of the power, then turn it on and try again."
Any help? Thanks.

You don't need to run both .cia to active NTR CFW.
Just one :)

Yes, I am using Seletor, but it has broken on 11.1.0-34 :(

Waiting for Seletor support 11.1 NFIRM :)
Waiting to update until the NTRSelector supports 11.1.0-34. Can't live without this homebrew program lol

Look at my build, I added support for the new home menu version, and for now you'll need to use an old firmware.bin. I plan on adding support for the 11.1 NFIRM, but that takes time and I have school.

It should be trivial to port the changes from BootNTR to this.

Can you please share a compiled build? "just edit the source code" isn't so simple a task for all of us...
Astronautlevel is right. It's ultra easy to port this. Anyway this should work, I didn't test it.

Thanks for the work you did.

I'll do the update to support the last homemenu to the repo by including the change by @astronautlevel, but I wont make a release in the thread until the support of the last NFIRM is done to prevent confusing people with little understanding of the firmware.

In the mean time, I recommend that every one who want to use NTR and didn't update yet, to not update until the update of this app.
You won't gain anything by updating anyway.
