ROM Hack [Release] Animal Crossing New Leaf Multi Cheat NTR Plugin

I looked over the guide and wow! I needed something step by step and with pictures lol (I know sounds like I am in preschool). But I do have a few questions:

Will this work with my Japanese 3DS? I don't want to start it and then ruin it because it was meant for English.
If I add this CFW will it allow me to install ROMs?
And right now with ninjhax (on my Japanese 3DS) I can backup the save of my AC:NL NTSC retail card and my Japanese digital download one. Will I still be able to do that so I can fix my grass?

I am sorry for all the questions but I do appreciate your help and patience. If the answer is yes to all these then I will do it this weekend so I can use this AC plugin.

1) By "this" I'm assuming you mean the plugin, and yes it works.
2) Yes CFW allows you to install ROMs.
3) Yes you can still backup the save files.

Version 3.3 released!

New Features

• Isabelle has been included in the Special NPC Modifier.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed Medals Modifier being broken and causing Cyrus to sleep!
• RTWE can no longer spawn unbreakable roses to prevent accidental spawning when the cheat is on but a item id hasn't been specified.
• Fixed the pretty rare bug with Instant Tree that causes the player name and/or town name to change.

Others

• Now using a pointer for the player. This makes the code alot cleaner and also prevent accidental writes if they were to occur. Also, if anyone cares, this change reduces the plugin size by 4kb.

Quick question, some of my friends are asking if I can place stumps in crazy places, which I'm sure I can. I just don't know if I can remove them if I do. Like if the shovel tool is unavailable or unusable. I'm thinking maybe the RTWE could remove it, but not sure.

Yes, you can use RTWE to place the stumps and remove them. Just note that RTWE does not work online.

You can just use the 7ffe item id. 7ffe means empty/blank space.

are you using version 3.3 of the plugin? rtwe should no longer make any indestructible roses, ever.
Anyways, if you're using an older version, just write over it using 7ffe then reload the area by either saving or going into a building and back out.

That still didn't work, but using a save editor, I was able to fix it. Thank you anyways!
I will be sure to update to 3.3 as soon as possible!

Hello I have a slight annoyance, I've followed everything correctly and got NTR 3.5 and version 3.3 of the plugin and everything seems to work fine except for the movement codes.

Does anyone have any idea why that might be?

There is something wrong with this NTR.
I turned it on and my friends who were online i can't communicate to, even though they can.
I know this because my friend just talked to me, but I can't talk back.
You NEED to fix this on the next update.
