It seems like TC is having more issues with their servers, and the outgoing activation email required to register on their forums is not being sent upon registration. After numerous complaints, they have took notice of this and devised a new, temporary method of registration.

Register for the TC forums
Step 2:
Email [email protected] your forum login name and email address used during registration using the below template:
Email topic: Teamcyclops forum registration request
Email body: Forum login: Email:
