Startpatch/Priiloader.

For your case, I would go with Startpatch. Use at your own risk, you can brick your Wii (though it's not likely, but you could).

what modchip do you have? my wiikey 2 automatically fixes other region games for me.
Really? I thought 4.2 blocked the region-free by modchips for good. At least Wiikey 2 shouldn't work, as far as I know.

So, to my knowledge, there's no other way than homebrew. Use Startpatch or leave it then.

Wiikey 1 in a pal 4.2 wii don't work,(i had one but now i ve changed drive). My new drive have D2Pro in a 4.2e wii but reads only pal isos.So what i am looking for is a
program like regionfrii (which worked before 4.2 update in my wiikey 1).Regionfree don't work anymore. No homebrew!

For the last time: There is none. The Region-Checks have improved in 4.2, and currently no app can patch the games for you. Homebrew is the only way.

So, launch them with GeckoOS, use Startpatch/Priiloader or leave it. Sorry, but you have to life with that.
