Hacking region changed o3dsLL

Good day everyone. Just finished region changed my o3dsLL japan to US, which cool.But the problem is when accessing ds download play and nintendo ds connection, my 3ds freeze in black screen. I waited for about 30 minutes still nothing just blackscreen. Oh and it seems that eshop and themeshop not working too. Never access eshop when my 3ds is still in japan version. No big deal but i just want to know if its normal when you region change. Tnx

Did you reset settings after region change? Use TinyFormat. Backup your saves, in case you have and need them.
No idea will it fix your issue but you can give it a try.

Yes, I already did system format my 3ds and update it to latest. Still no luck.
