So, it seems there´s already a Reginleiv demo running around.

Where is it? Any news about it on any tracker?

It's not a downloadable demo. It's a demo that people can play in Kiosks around Japan. I don't think they'll ever be dumped so you'll probably have to wait until the full release which isn't too far off.
