Hacking ReGBA or TempGBA?

The same developer Nebuleon hosts these projects on github, but one is newer than the other. Which makes me wonder, which is better?

ReGBA.

It has way more commitments, it's newer and doesn't require a BIOS.
(You can still use your own BIOS though.)

Just read the sticky topic for TempGBA and educate yourself the next time.
ReGBA is a Dingux port that does not work on the dstwo.
The last version of TempGBA did use some of ReGBAs improvements in the last version if that's what you're after.
