Refresh live arena doesnt make game appear.

Sorry for asking dump question. But i google and found no solution which i can apply.
I manually copy ps vita games downloaed from no paystation to the folder app in ux0. After refreshing live area, there are no zero games appear in the live area main menu of ps vita.
Here is some context:
Ps vita 1000
Permanent Enso installed
with auto plugin 2, a bunch of plugins are installed
refood, sharkfood , nonpdrm...
Please help, i am desperate. It looks like a simple problem to solve but i cant ....

you're probably missing the work.bin. that goes in the package folder of app/title id of game/sce_sys/package.

But the work.bin data is already in the game folder. I downloaded from no pay station and they have it already

i cant find such file in the game folder downloaded from nopaystation. But there is a eboot.bin in the root folder of each game.
The game works fine with my other ps vita. But it doesnt work with this one. I did the same thing
. Hack vita
. download games from no paystation
. copying them directly in the hidden app folder in the micro sd card.

And one ps vita shows games after refreshing live area and one doesnt.

not sure what could be wrong if it works on another vita. it's not supposed to appear if the work.bin is missing. I'd try downloading it, and putting it in the sce_sys/package folder, then try refreshing again. that's the only thing I can think of. it's related to the license.

It happens with me sometimes. Everytime was the work.bin missing. Please check the work.bin file in notepad, when I had the problem it was a blank file, and without the proper code, maybe it's the problem. Replaace the work.bin in game/sce_sys/package using nopaystation site ones and it should work.
