Hacking reformatted

hi all
hopeing some lovely person can help me
had a prob with file write errors messages which i have now sorted on my other cards, but made a booboo with another by reformating it via pc, now reads error:data is not align 16k any ideas you clever people?

Try formatting in FAT if it's FAT32 and vica versa.

Ther's a drop down box on the format window to choose which one, the default setting is FAT32.
