Keep an eye out for Mars. It will be very bright during the eclipse!

i dont know...
last week, exactly on Feb. 23rd, at about 10-11 pm in the GMT-5 i saw the red moon... but it was a half moon...

scientific says that theres no moon eclipse if the moon's not full... but im sure of what i saw, i saw a half (and when i say half, i mean it) RED moon in the sky... but i didnt find any info about lunar eclipses for that date... i guess ill try to watch this one out today and see it for myself... again.

The moon is completely visible here, No clouds and at least 1/3 of it seems gone! Odd coz its in a near straight line! Looking forward to seeing it completely red

i cant see it here!! T_T ... too cloudy in the sector where the moon should be!... but i got word (i didnt seed it) that last night the moon was Blood Red ... so, i guess that in this part of the planet the moon has been entering "the dark side" for awhile...

Here right now it's about 8/10 eclipsed and the dark section is tinged ever so slightly red. Not exactly impressive

Just ran out of film, TBH it wasn't as I was expecting, but some of the long exposure times I had might improve the result.
