Quite a number of console modders do not do it for piracy. In fact some major hackers and developers in the community are completely against the idea.

Regarding the FPKG, I doubt anyone has one as the game requires above 9.00, so nobody probably is able to make a dump.

Still you miss understood him, when he meant console hacker/modder he meant like SciresM, there are numerous console hacker/modder doesn't support warez.

What @Ryab said we don't share warez in his first post is correct.
