Hacking Question Recreate NAND

Maybe I'm to stupid to find something about here..

How can I recreate a NAND? I think I have everything for it. Like PRODINFO, BOOT1&2 Keys, and so on
My current system is a little broken. So my backup is also affected. -> I can't reset my switch with the "reset option" and some other errors..

Maybe someone knows about a guide or something how to recreate a NAND?

Just an idea. There is a rajkosto' s guide about upgrading nand (firmware) via tools on pc. Try that maybe it will work but I' m not sure.
