Hello everyone!
guys i have 2 nintendos switches, one functional but that was unable to read the nand.
the other one that had the nand intact but it doesn't turn on.

I've had these consoles for about 3 years, at the time I didn't have much experience in soldering and damaging the boards trying to replace the emmc chips from one to the other.
I didn't try to do a new reballing because the boards lost some pads. I believe it would work without these stray pads, but I haven't tried it yet.

I already bought two new 32gb nands to follow the tutorial and try to restore these two switches
This tutorial: https://gbatemp.net/threads/switch-unbricking-guide-for-dead-or-replaced-emmc-consoles.609891/

But I believe that the chips are in perfect condition and it would be possible to remove the data and inject it into the new chips I bought from China.
unfortunately I don't have a good emmc reader, like Medusa Pro 2 or UEFI box, they have a very high price and I don't know anyone who has one of those devices so they can read the chips for me.

while surfing through aliexpress i found some adapters for EMMC BGA 153 and 159
I got in touch with the seller and he said he could make me a version compatible with my chips, but I wouldn't have access to the data because of the encryption (which wouldn't be a problem because I wanted the RAW data).
so I bought the adapters, but I confess to being afraid to use them, so I came to you to ask for an opinion on how to proceed from now on.
Follow the photos of the adapters purchased.

Short answer, absolutely doable (provided the chips are salvageable)

Here’s some information that @evil_santa shared that got me on a new (larger size) emmc:

Details about the reader and stuff on the second page but the entire thread is good info

https://gbatemp.net/threads/switch-oled-256gb-nand-upgrade.608377/

You’ll need this software:

interesting.
unfortunately the options he gave to readers have a very high value for shipping here in Brazil.
I even found this one on aliexpress (I don't know if it would work the same)
Clamshell sd emmc
I don't know if the size much less the voltage is correct.
the right would be 1.8v?
Not much information on the page.

These are high shipping?

BTW, if you have a V1 Erista you can mount the eMMC the Switch itself.

Would this be the right one to buy? "V5"

It's a fairly expensive purchase as I'm not sure the EMMC chips are working.

maybe you buy it and it doesn't work. Hehehe

Yes, I have 2 V1 Erista.
one is the one the nand is damaged in and the other is mine for personal use. the third one that is damaged is a patched V1

So what I could do is try to remove the EMMC chip from my functional switch and reball the damaged chips on his board to try to read and copy the data?
very risky this solution huh hehehe

You need to look at your chips and see.
I bought the V1 because I purchase a 256G Samsung chip for my V1 Erista.

I would buy a new blank emmc board and avoid the risk. See other options on the same page.

You can use your Erista as an eMMC reader.

I need to think about what to do. If these adapters I bought a few years ago worked maybe I would have my problem solved
