A few months ago, I had ordered a 2ds with CFW on it and a capture card installed. wanting to play the games I had purchased on my old 3ds, I performed a system transfer, since I couldn't find a way to just log out of my account on the 3ds. Doing this got my account, but removed Luma and CFW from my home menu. When I went to check the files however, Luma was still on the sd card. Is there any way i can recover this?

CFW can't get removed by Nintendo the F0/F1 is always protected

Well yes this I know. What I’m asking is if theres any way I can get this to show back up on my 2DS home menu

By this I of course mean the “NTR CFW Selector”. I remember the icon was a little rocket

If you made a NAND back up before the system transfer, then you could just restore that NAND and copy the files back onto the SD card and they will show up. If not, then I suggest just finding all of the previous files you had installed and want installed again and just re-install in them. Luma3DS nor B9S are affected by the system transfer, if they aren't working then you should just need to re-install Luma3DS the same way you installed it the first time, simply copying the boot.firm onto your SD card (and maybe your ctrnand if you want.)
