ROM Hack Record an old 3ds's screen

Hello
I just wanted to know if it's possible to record an old 3ds's screen without a laptop (I know that this sounds impossible but I wanted to make sure)

If you don't want to use a computer, or something with a camera starring at the 3DS as you play, your only real solution is a N3DS with a capture card connected to a TV tuner kit that output to a TV.

Not directly outputting the video output to the phone , what I mean is you record a video of the o3ds gameplay with your phone like on a stand etc. Video quality ain't going to be great though.

Oh ok thanks for all, sorry to bother you again, but do you know smmd site for courses ?
It allows you to import levels from the pc to the 3ds, the thing is, the levels are few and not all of them are available in the site
Can you help me plz
