I need a few RPG's to play on my DS seeing as i have just completed:

Pokemon Platinum
Rune Factory 2
FF4

So any new ones you can suggest would be great.

Thanks.

|ps| FF:CC-EOT does not work on my R4 for some reason, so please don't suggest it

Either way. Good rpg's:

Suikoden Tierkreis (I think this one will be right up your alley) (RPG)
Luminous Arc 1-2 (Strategy RPG)
Valkyrie Profile (Strategy RPG)
Chrono Trigger (RPG)
Soma Bringer
Rhapsody - A musical adventure (RPG)
Mario & Luigi - Partners in time (RPG)
Fire Emblem - Shadow Dragon (Strategy RPG)
Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles (Action RPG)
Drone Tactics (Strategy RPG)
Dragon Quest 4-5 (RPG)
Disgaea DS (Strategy RPG)
Blue Dragon Plus (RPG), should play blue dragon on 360 first tho
Legacy of Ys (1-2) (Action RPG)
My World, My Way (RPG)
Rondo of Swords (Strategy RPG)
Sonic Chronicles - Dark Brotherhood (RPG)
The World Ends With You (Action RPG)
And MANY MANY more

Note: If youre using a flashcart, get an emulator or two (SNES, Genesis). There are MANY RPG's one those consoles that are great ^^

Final Fantasy 3?
Final Fantasy Tactics A2
Final Fantasy Chocobo. There are quite a bit

As a recent new flash card owner (I started small with a DSTT), I'm curious...how well do games on from those two systems work on the DS? I would imagine that Sega Master System and NES games would run perfect, but how about SNES and Genesis? Do they run perfect, real good, ok, so-so, or bleh? I, too, wouldn't mind playing some RPG's from those two systems, but playing SNES RPG's on PSP was less than stellar, so how are they on DS emulators?

Knights in Nightmare is a really cool RPG tho. It in japanese but it comes out NA in June 2 (Or July). Im plating it jap and its quite easy to understand

Hmm the snes emulator is really good, and the genesis emulator is good. The NES emulator is GOLD.

I would suggest Dragon Quest V immensely over all of the others.

TWEWY is also good and unique, but...it doesn't hit the right spot for me.

Ragnarok Online DS w/ the translation patch is also pretty good, but only so much is translated.

TWEWY is unique yes, but i didn't really like the game tbh.

DQV seems quite cool too (from what i have seen) so i think that will be next on my list

Good choice! The game is super long(40+ hrs) but really good story-wise.

Really, 40+ hours? I'm on my first playthrough, the beginning of the third generation, and it feels like it's almost over, I've only played for 14-15 hours.

What exactly happens when you try to play EoT on your R4? If it's the unable to save thing, that is very easily fixed.
