Hacking Received update while super-banned

I just got notified to update my console, even though I'm super-banned.
Am I actually super-banned or something else?

If you don't see the error code 2137-7403 when trying to update your system firmware, you're not CDN banned (superbanned is a horrible term that's confusing and doesn't convey the meaning of the ban whatsoever). The only difference now between soft bans and CDN bans are the ability to update your system firmware (either that or Nintendo reversed all CDN bans and made soft bans limit everything but system updates).

Even if you super-banned, your console will still NAG you to update, and then when you try it will failed, and sadly the update will turn into a 'super-nag' and ever time you boot-up you will get informed over and over!
