ROM Hack Rebuild 3ds/cia with DecryptedManual?

Hey Guys,

is it possible to rebuild a CIA/3DS with a Decrypted/Edited Manual?
I've modified a Manual and rebuilt it already with 3dstool but now I don't know how to reinject this Manual into a 3ds or CIA / rebuild a Cia or 3DS with a modified Manual.

Can someone help me with this?

I've the following files:
-DecryptedExeFS.bin
-DecryptedRomFS.bin
-DecryptedExHeader.bin
-DecryptedManual.bin
-DecryptedDownloadPlay.bin
-ModifiedManual.bin

I want to rebuild the Game with this files:
-DecryptedExeFS.bin
-DecryptedRomFS.bin
-DecryptedExHeader.bin
-ModifiedManual.bin

is there a way to do that?
