Hardware Reboot from sleep, computer BSOD. What is this!

I got some kinda blue screen thing when I rebooted from sleep mode. Any idea what this could be? What might be the cause? The error was:

Computer has Windows 7 Professional and 8GB RAM. Ran Memtest no errors.

im no expert at dump reports, but if you get BSOD upon waking from sleep the first thing i would do is test for faulty ram.

Download a bootable copy of memtest86+ and let run overnight.

EDit, sorry, saaw the last part where you said u ran memtest, how long did u run it for? did you test each stick individually?

I ran it for like six hours. Hang on stand by for the file contents.

EDIT weird I'm not seeing anything in that particular folder.

If you're running something like ccleaner, do note that those programs will delete dump logs to free up space if you have that option checked...

Ccleaner wipes, it doesn't move to the bin, so you'll have to try some file recovery program like Recuva (freeware, same company as ccleaner).
